If you haven’t already had a one-to-one guided session with any Focusing teacher, we strongly recommend that you have one before taking Level One.

The one-to-one session is really the start of your Focusing training. It allows you to experience your own Focusing process, with guiding tailored to you and your needs, and in enough time so that you can really feel what it’s like.

 

After you have direct experience of what Focusing feels like for you when you are guided through it by someone else, you’ll be coming into a Level One Focusing workshop ready to learn how to have that experience for yourself.

 

Our experience has shown us that the learning in the workshop is faster and deeper when it is based on the foundation of a personally tailored one-to-one session.
