Do you want more connection and support after completing Level Four?
We created this phone group exactly for that, people who want a way to stay connected with each other (and with Ann) after Level Four is over.

We’ll start each meeting with a guided Focusing process for the whole group. These guided sessions will follow different themes for interest and variety. After the session, there’s an opportunity to share what came, discuss the topic, and ask questions relevant to Focusing and partnership practice.

Participants may want to schedule paired practice with a partner right after the class, to make it a whole Focusing evening.

The group is open to anyone who has completed at least Level 4 of the Learning Focusing series.

Commitment

We ask you to commit to a series of five meetings at a time. This increases the safety and continuity for the registrants while allowing flexibility to change after every five meetings.

The cost for five meetings is $125 paid in advance. (That's $25 for each meeting.)
