The special topic workshops allow you to apply Focusing to specific issue areas in a safe and supportive atmosphere. You’ll sit in a circle of friendly people and be guided through a series of silent exercises. After each exercise, you’ll be able to make notes in the workbook you’ll receive, and then share as much or as little as you want in the group. Hearing the experiences of others can expand your own possibilities.

 

Because the special topic workshops do not include Focusing training, you’ll need at least some previous Focusing experience to register. In some cases only a one-to-one session is required, in other cases we ask that you have taken at least Level One. See the specific workshop page for more information.
