Registration Information

Deposit & Payment Information

A deposit is required to secure your place in workshops and retreats (amount of the deposit varies with the type of workshop or retreat). This deposit is refundable until five days before the workshop/retreat, except Treasure Maps to the Soul retreats, for which all payments are nonrefundable. Some workshops require registration through a person or organization other than Focusing Resources; please see the workshop description for details.

Registration Deadline

In order to get you everything you need to join the first phone session, we recommend registering at least two business days before the start of class. If you register just before the start of the class, you risk missing the first class. You will be able to listen to the class recording however.

Cancellation Policies

Your money is refundable up to five days before the first day of class, minus a processing fee of $35. Processing fees can be waived if you choose to apply your payment to any other workshop or phone class offered by Focusing Resources. If you have already received your course materials, an additional fee of $35 will apply for Level 1 and Level 3 for the course manuals and handouts. You may return the materials within a week of receipt to be credited for the materials fee.

Phone, Fax, or Mail Registration

Focusing Resources accepts checks (in US funds issued by a US bank) or money orders (in US funds), as well as MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. For MC/Visa/AmEx payments, please include the credit card number, its expiration date, your name as it appears on the card, and the credit card billing address when registering by mail, phone, or fax. Please make checks payable to Focusing Resources.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available if you need to spread your payments out over time. We do not charge interest, however we do charge a minimal administrative fee for this service. Contact us to make payment plan arrangements. To download a Payment Plan for any of our classes (except Treasure Maps, Certification Trainee courses or the Levels Two, Three, Four package price), please click here.

If you are a Treasure Maps participant, Certification Trainee, or are registering for the Level Two, Three, Four package price, there are specific Payment Plan Forms you'll need to complete. Workshop Times

All weekend workshops held in Oakland and Berkeley begin at 9:30 AM and end at 5:00 PM. For times for evening workshops, telephone workshops, and workshops in other locations, please see individual workshop descriptions on the Schedule for details (or check with local organizers).
