Susan Jordan

I am a BFTA recognized Focusing Teacher and trained with Barbara McGavin. I am also a UKCP registered Core Process (Buddhist-based) psychotherapist and have done further training in Core Energetics.

I first came across Focusing in my psychotherapy training and continue to be fascinated by it. Before studying psychotherapy and Focusing, I had many years of self-exploration through a variety of approaches. These have included Primal Integration, sandplay, Holotropic Breathwork, T'ai Chi, and the practice of Buddhist Vipassana meditation.

I have worked in the voluntary sector for over twenty years, with older people and with users of mental health services. I enjoy many forms of creative expression and have a particular interest in writing.

In person sessions in London NW5 and Harrow, Middlesex. Phone sessions as well.
