The beauty of Ann Weiser Cornell's teaching of Inner Relationship Focusing reaches out into the world with a steady ray of light. We can sense each moment, each event and activity; our speech becomes more precise and thoughtful. Ann's care for language and her emphasis on building a secure foundation of Focusing skills are central to all the classes I teach.

Focusing and Dreams classes are an in depth study of how to integrate Ann's and Barbara's Inner Relationship Focusing language with the practice outlined in Gendlin's Dream book.

• Two years study in community psychotherapy with R.D.Laing and Francis Huxley
• M.A. with the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology
• Twenty years dancing and teaching Ballet
• Ongoing recovery from a broken back for which Focusing is essential
• Certification in Feldenkrais®, Bones for Life®, Sounder Sleep System®

Session Lengths & Fees
$20 (US) for a half hour introductory session
$50 (US) for a 45 minute session
$85 (US) for two 45 minute sessions
