I am a member of the British Focusing Teachers Association and have completed certification with Barbara McGavin.

Focusing was particularly helpful to me when I was going through a stressful period of my life. I have found that Focusing has made me more accepting of who I am and less critical of others. It has helped me to see the patterns of my life more clearly.

I am a Quaker and was introduced to Focusing through connections Quakers have made between Focusing and the practices of early Friends in the 16th Century. This continues to be an interest of mine and I run a group looking at this at my local meeting house.

In person sessions in Kidderminster, Worcestershire in the UK. Phone sessions as well.

Workshops: I offer Focusing workshops in Stourbridge, West Midlands.
