I trained in Focusing with Peter Afford and then in Inner Relationship Focusing and Treasure Maps to the Soul with Barbara McGavin and Ann Weiser Cornell.

I am a BACP Senior Registered Counsellor and a UKCP registered Psychodrama Psychotherapist and work as a counsellor, psychotherapist, focusing practioner and supervisor in the NHS and in private practice.

I have a particular interest in issues of power, inequalities and people's experience of difference and social exclusion.

Discovering Focusing has been a revelation to me and I am enthusiastic about supporting others to find this wonderful resource within themselves. The concepts of Presence and of "the radical acceptance of everything" are fundamentals of Inner Relationship Focusing which I have found particularly valuable.
