In-Person or Telephone Focusing Sessions

Most people have their guided Focusing sessions by phone, and in fact this is recommended. If you are in the US, Lucinda will call you for your session, and if you are outside the US, you will be given a number to call when your session is scheduled.

If you are local to or visiting the San Francisco Bay Area, Lucinda Hayden also offers individual guided Focusing sessions in San Francisco, California. The session location is in the Richmond district near the Golden Gate Bridge and metered street parking is usually available during the day.

Once your session is scheduled, we ask that you pay in advance, by PayPal or by mailing a check. If you prefer to pay by check, your check to Lucinda Hayden, P. O. Box 210412, San Francisco CA 94121 needs to arrive in time for your session.

If you prefer to pay by PayPal, just click the “Pay Now” button next to the session package you prefer. Discounts are offered for multiple sessions paid in advance. Discounted prices are applicable only if paid for in full prior to the first appointment.

	Single session: $150
	Five session package: $525 total ($105 per session)
	Four session package: $460 total ($115 per session)
	Three session package: $375 total ($125 per session)
