About Us

Focusing Resources has been operating since 1985 as a privately owned business supporting the learning of Inner Relationship Focusing through workshops, newsletters, sessions, books and manuals, CDs and DVDs, and Focusing teacher training. Through phone seminars and an international network of teachers we are able to operate worldwide.

Focusing Resources was founded by Ann Weiser Cornell and supports Ann’s mission to bring the empowering skill of Focusing to anyone who wants to learn it. In 2008 Ann was joined in her teaching by longtime friend and colleague Lucinda Hayden. Ann is a close collaborator with Inner Relationship Focusing co-developer Barbara McGavin. Ann’s advanced programs for Healing Professionals are co-led by longtime friend and colleague Glenn Fleisch.
